A bit about me
Hi, my name is Ian and I’ve been involved in making films for longer than I care to admit. I spent many years working for advertising agencies, learning from some of the best directors, camera operators and editors in the business and this is where I really learned how to tell and sell a story.
I set up my own business in 2014 and have been creating videos for a diverse range of clients ever since. In mid 2022 I was asked by a family friend to film their daughter’s wedding and that, as they say, was that. Being surrounded by people enjoying a couple’s happiest day is a dream job and since then I feel I’ve developed a style that feels natural but cinematic, unobtrusive but fun and I’d love to be considered for your special day.
I use high-end cinema cameras and, if requested, can supply a second camera operator for extra coverage and drone footage for a higher (see what I did there?) quality viewing experience!
I work with couples before, during and after the wedding to ensure they get a film that matches their magical memories of the day.
